About Me

Hi there, I'm so happy you stopped by my blog! I'm Madeline Vann, a full time fangirl and book addict. I am currently a student in high school and I live in Oregon with my mom, sister, dad, and hedgehog Watson. When I learned to read in first grade, I remember staying inside during lunch to read more books instead of playing outside with all the kids. Since then, i've never left my house without a book (or three).  P.S. Thats me down below if you couldn't guess!

How about some facts, because thats probably why you clicked this tab in the first place!

I love reading (obviously) but my favorite books currently are:
1. Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell
2. The Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer (Cinder, Scarlet, Cress)
3. The 5th Wave Series by Rick Yancy (The Fifth Wave, The Infinite Sea)

I also love robotics! I am part of the robotics team through FRC FIRST Robotics at my high school, and it has changed my life in so many ways! What it is if you didn't know, is that every team competing gets 6 weeks to design, build, and program a robot that performs a certain function like throwing a ball or stacking crates. My team here --> Team 3024

I play a bunch of different sports, but currently this year I am doing volleyball, swim team, and tennis. I also play 4 different instruments, flute, piccolo, guitar, and ukulele, and am in my school's symphonic band and the Youth Orchestra of Southern Oregon.

But basically all you really need to know is that i'm a book nerd who has a terrible judge of time!
